Safety standard by Bussr.
Bussr wants all passengers to have a pleasant and safe trip.

JABODETABEK

Provided by bus operators:

  1. All buses are deep cleaned and disinfected before and after every trip.

  2. Bus drivers and service personnel are subject to temperature checks before every trip/shift. It is mandatory for all bus staff to strictly wear approved masks at all times during the journey.

  3. All buses provide hand sanitisers or hand wash to help you stay disinfected.

  4. Alternate seating / social distancing inside the bus.

What passengers must pay attention to:
 

  1. Wear masks, maintain a distance from other people, and wash their hands regularly.

  2. Do not travel with Symptoms: Passengers are advised to refrain from travel if they show Covid-19 Symptoms. In such an event, the passenger risks de-boarding.

Please note that every operator takes different measures and that the facilities above (e.g. hand sanitizers) are subject to availability.

Rules for Intracities Trip

Intracity

Please note that all documents presented must be original. Bus & shuttle operators have the right to refuse passengers and not give a refund or reschedule if the documents are unoriginal, incomplete, or not in accordance with the requirements.

Due to the recent government regulation that allows public transportation to operate (Surat Edaran Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Nomor SE.9/AJ.201/DRJD/2020), several of our bus & shuttle operators have re-opened their services.
 

In order to maintain public health and prevent the spread of COVID-19 during the adaptation of the new normal, the COVID-19 task force has issued a decree: Surat Edaran Nomor 7 Tahun 2020.
 

The decree regulates the criteria and travel requirements of people during the new normal. Please note that the requirements do not apply to commuting trips and to travels within a region or an agglomeration region (e.g. Jabodetabek).
 

However, if an individual travels to another province/regency/city using public transportation, they have to meet the requirements below:
 

  1. Show an Identity Card (KTP or other valid forms of identification).

  2. Wear masks, maintain a distance from other people, and wash their hands regularly.

  3. Show a negative COVID-19 test result based on the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/rapid test. IMPORTANT: PCR test is valid for 7 days and Rapid Test is valid for 3 days.

  4. Show a health certificate from a hospital or health center stating that the individual is free from influenza-related illnesses.

  5. Download and activate the PeduliLindungi app on their mobile phone.

Rules for Jakarta’s Entry and Exit Restrictions

Jakarta

In an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19, Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has issued a decree Pergub No. 47 Tahun 2020 that prohibits individuals from leaving and entering Jakarta.
 

This prohibition applies to all individuals except those working in essential sectors and those seeking medical emergency, who must also obtain an Surat Izin Keluar Masuk (SIKM) prior to traveling.
 

Individuals who are still allowed to travel include:

  1. Heads of high state institutions.

  2. Diplomatic representative corps and/or international organizations.

  3. Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police.

  4. Toll road officers.

  5. Officers handling the spread of COVID-19, including medical personnels.

  6. Firefighters, ambulance staff, and hearse staff.

  7. Truck drivers with no passengers.

  8. Drivers of vehicles carrying medicine and medical equipment.

  9. Patients who need emergency medical services and their companions.

  10. Any individual, business person, or foreigner who possesses an Entry and Exit Permit (SIKM).
     

Please also be advised that the Entry and Exit Permit (SIKM) is only available for 11 job sectors, which include:
 

  1. All government offices.

  2. Diplomatic representative corps and/or international organizations.

  3. State/regional owned enterprises that are participating in the treatment of COVID-19 and/or in fulfilling the basic needs of the community.

  4. Business people in the following sectors:

    • Health;

    • Food & Beverage;

    • Energy;

    • Communication and information technology;

    • Finance;

    • Logistics;

    • Hospitality;

    • Construction;

    • Strategic industries;

    • Basic services, public and industrial utilities appointed as national vital objects and certain objects;

    • Daily needs.

  5. Local and international organizations operating in the disaster and/or social sector.

If you meet the criteria above and need to request an Entry and Exit Permit (SIKM), please make your request through corona.jakarta.go.id.

Please be advised that if you do not comply with the rules above, you will be facing these consequences:

  1. If you are leaving Jakarta: You will be asked to return to your home in Jakarta.

  2. If you are entering Jakarta: You will be asked to return to your origin city or undergo a 14-day quarantine at a designated place determined by the COVID-19 task force.

Rules for Bali’s Entry

Bali

In an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Bali Governor has issued a decree (Surat Edaran Nomor 10925 Tahun 2020) that prohibits all individuals from entering Bali.
 

This prohibition applies to all individuals except those working in essential sectors, those seeking medical emergency, and those who are visiting a seriously ill or deceased family member.
 

Those individuals must also possess the QR Code that they have obtained by filling an application form through https://cekdiri.baliprov.go.id
 

Individuals who are still allowed to travel include:
 

  1. Employees and business people in the following sectors:

    • COVID-19 task force;

    • Defense, public order and security;

    • Health;

    • Basic services;

    • Daily needs; or

    • Important economic functions.

  2. Patients who need emergency medical services.

  3. Individuals who are visiting a deceased or seriously ill family member.

  4. Indonesian workers, students, or citizens coming home from abroad, and Indonesian citizens repatriated by the government.
     

Please be advised that individuals meeting the criteria above must also fulfill the requirements below:
 

  1. Show a valid QR code to the verification officer. The QR code must be obtained by filling an application through https://cekdiri.baliprov.go.id

  2. Show a valid negative COVID-19 test result based on the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/rapid test. Please note that tests must be conducted within 7 days before the day of arrival.
